Exactly 100 years ago on this day the Trianon Peace Treaty was signed ending WWI between the Allies and the Kingdom of Hungary.

With the newly defined borders, our country lost 2/3 of its lands to the neighboring countries incl. 1/3 of the Hungarian population. Up to 90% of vast natural resources, industry, railways, and other infrastructure were gone with the dictate. Today we celebrate National Togetherness on every 4th on June: though we are separated by borders, we belong together.
